Our Ranch is Your Home
Sitting atop the highest point on the property, the Briar Oaks Ranch guest lodge offers all the comforts of home with breathtaking, hilltop views of the surrounding country valley. Amenities include two private bedrooms, a full kitchen with refrigerator, laundry closet and a full bathroom. The lodge can comfortably sleep up to five people, and is reserved for the exclusive use of any party joining us for an overnight stay. The ranch also features a fire pit and outdoor entertainment area, perfect for an afternoon lunch, gatherings, storytelling and relaxing evenings around the fire. The entertainment area overlooks the back of the ranch, once again offering scenic views.
Because nothing says home like a home-cooked meal, we pride ourselves on offering thoughtfully prepared, modern ranch fare, with the option to customize menus to our guests’ preferences. All guests are treated to snacks, beverages and an after-hunt cocktail. All overnight packages include continental style breakfast prior to your morning hunt; a hearty breakfast upon your return; light lunch or snack options to fuel you up before your afternoon hunt; and a hearty dinner with a decadent dessert, all homemade by our staff. Full-day dove hunt packages include a home-cooked lunch.
When planning your stay with us, please let us know what customizations you require. Our ranch cook has experience with a wide variety of dietary needs including vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, paleo, low carb and gluten free. And we are happy to accommodate allergies or food intolerances.

For our non-hunting guests, enjoy a weekend relaxing and soaking up the hill country atmosphere. If you are a lover of the outdoors, then a stay at Briar Oaks Ranch is a breath of fresh air. Our guest lodge is available as a bed and breakfast for guests who prefer to join us without the hunt. Enjoy a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and see all the hill country has to offer.
The ranch offers great bird watching opportunities, and we can even take you on a photo safari to see all the amazing animals on the ranch.
